The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has appointed cScape to undertake a thorough website review and devise a strategy for using the Internet to raise RCP’s profile and engage with its audience, including medical professionals, the Government and the general public.
cScape will conduct a strategic review to determine the best way for RCP to achieve the most with its website and meet the audience’s varied needs and interests. cScapes’ audience segmentation and overall consultative process will establish the correct level of prioritisation among site content, features and functionality. cScape will also advise RCP on how to brand the website to reflect the organisation’s identity and house style. The RCP website review will culminate in a set of recommendations for future customer engagement strategies and content creation.
“Our website plays a vital role in the way that we interact with our Fellows and Members, both in the UK and abroad, and the way in which they access information and training. cScape impressed us with their breadth of experience in working with membership organisations and we are confident that this review will help us further develop our website to meet our members’ changing needs,” said Julie Hollings, director of communications, RCP.
“We are very proud to play a role in helping the Royal College of Physicians bring crucial information and services to medical practitioners, policy makers and the general public. We are all affected by trends in healthcare provision and medical research and we at cScape are confident that the reviewed RCP website will more clearly demonstrate the college’s global leadership in these areas,” said Richard Sedley, director, cScape’s Customer Engagement Unit.
