Professor Bosanquet joins TBS G.B.

Professor Nick Bosanquet (pictured centre) has joined TBS G.B. Telematic & Biomedical Services as a director and will be developing new services for clients as the NHS faces a powerful series of changes which are going to mean much greater economic pressure on all providers.

Prof Bosanquet has been the professor of health policy at Imperial College London since 1993. He is a health economist who previously worked at the Centre for Health Economics, University of York.

He has had a long-term interest in care integration which began in the 1980s with research on extending primary care. His influenctial roles include being a special advisor on public expenditure to the House of Commons Health Select Committee.

Prof Bosanquet has published widely and worked on many special projects which have focused on areas such as health economics, mental health, cancer services, and the care of stroke and Alzheimer’s disease sufferers.

TBS G.B. considers that telecare and assistive technology will provide it with significant opportunities for business development.
