EBME Expo interview: protecting vulnerable infants

Speaking to CSJ’s Editor in an exclusive interview, at EBME Expo 2025, Löwenstein Medical’s Richard Glover highlighted the latest advances in neonatal ventilation.

He provided an insight into the latest technology advances, including the Leoni 4 Infant HFO Ventilator, which aims to set “a new standard in neonatal care”.

With over 30 years of expertise and experience, this innovative system is designed to provide exceptional ventilation for the most delicate lungs and the tiniest patients. He explained how lung-protective HFO enables spontaneous breathing without pressure peaks in invasive and non-invasive ventilation under HFO.

During the exhibition, the company presented a wide range of state-of-the-art medical devices and products – from anaesthesia workstations; adult, paediatric and neonatal ventilators; to baby warming devices, resuscitation tables, sleep therapy devices and sleep diagnostic equipment.
