New tripolar dissector

Renowned for cutting-edge technology in the field of electrosurgery, Erbe is launching the new TriSect rapide. Entirely based on electricity, the instrument operates without mechanical blades or ultrasonic energy and introduces a new era of advanced dissection for optimal balance between dissection speed, thermal impact and sealing.

The technological advance of TriSect rapide lies in its tripolar design, featuring multiple separate electrical circuits. This allows surgeons to increase speed by switching among many functions, without changing tools or hand position, enabling blunt dissection, haemostatic transection, coagulation for bleeding control or cutting and sealing of isolated vessels - all with a single click. Paired with the VIO 3 electrosurgical unit, TriSect rapide coagulates tissue using the bipolar softCOAG mode, while the dedicated thermoSECT mode ensures an immediate haemostatic cut.
