Idox Health Recognised as Impinj Gold Partner for Healthcare Excellence

Idox Health has secured Gold Partner status from Impinj after maintaining its position as one of the largest partners across the UK healthcare market.

Impinj’s enhanced Channel Partner Program was announced in April 2018 to help partners build their market penetration and cultivate customer success. Idox Health’s expertise and consistent track record in providing high-quality service to customers was said to be pivotal in achieving its Gold Partner status.

Impinj’s RAIN RFID readers and antennas are a key component of Idox Health’s iFIT logistics management suite—a platform that provides full visibility on the movement of health records, medical assets, devices, and pharmacy supplies across a Trust or health board’s estate.

Idox Health’s planning and deployment of the system is supported by the strategic placement of Impinj RAIN RFID readers at key entrance, exit, and choke points across hospital sites. According to Idox Health, by providing the tools needed to track, monitor, and locate assets in a timely manner, hospital staff can save time, ensure easy retrieval of assets, see an impact on cost improvement programmes, and deliver more streamlined, safe, and efficient patient care.

“Achieving Gold Partner status from Impinj underlines our position as a leader in providing first-class, innovative technology to the UK healthcare market,” said Karen Gorman, head of sales, Idox Health. “Being able to combine our clinical experience with Impinj’s cutting-edge RAIN RFID technology enables us to deliver effective solutions that improve patient experience and help health services maximise efficiency.

“We’re excited to support Idox Health as they build innovative IoT solutions in healthcare that bring agility and insight to organisations and consumer applications,” said Fabrice Gourlay, vice president sales EMEA, Impinj.
