Protecting against burns whilst being dexterous enough to use in more delicate tasks. Widely used in hospitals, mainly in the sterile services department but also in maintenance departments, for hand and arm protection where burns are a possibility. Outstanding characteristics give longer working life and more cost effective option.

Frosters Cryogenic Gloves, Aprons, Gaiters & Suits.

Used in hospitals, laboratories and in in vitro applications protecting against burns at temperatures down to almost -200°C.

Key features:

· For use with materials stored with liquid nitrogen and in other very cold environments

· Protection against spills and splashes of ultra-cold / cryogenic materials including Liquid Nitrogen & LNG

· Used in the development of the AstraZeneca vaccine and for the handling of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine in the fight against Covid

· Superb insulation needs less thickness giving more dexterity

· Water resistant with a synthetic fibre outer for flexibility

· The gloves are available in four hand sizes and four lengths, all extending over wrist. Waterproof version also available. The Aprons are available in four sizes.

Myriad Heat and Cut resistant gloves

A very hardwearing glove that can withstand 350°C for 18 seconds & incorporates a waterproof nitrile liner. High levels of cut and puncture protection means that this glove is perfectly suited to applications that require less dexterity but great strength and heat resistance. A strong glove that has excellent scores on cut tests. When dexterity is of less importance, these Myriad gloves provide an excellent, more economical alternative to our Nomex® range. The gloves are 35cm in length and available in one size (Size 9)
