ATP Bioluminescence testing

HYGIENA INTERNATIONAL provides rapid hygiene testing systems. Its core technology uses ATP Bioluminescence that provides a real-time objective measurement to verify that cleaning standards have been achieved.

The Hygiena SystemSURE, which has received Category 1 approval by Rapid Review Panel, is said to have a wide range of applications. The benefit of ATP technology is that it detects invisible organic matter and delivers an objective numerical result in just 15 seconds. It provides real-time, measurable evidence for due diligence, management information, trend analysis and training purposes. ATP is a proven scientific measurement method that can provide evidence to board level that cleaning and additional resources have given value for money. A novel development of ATP technology (MicroSnap) now enables the rapid detection of specific bacteria in 4-7 hours and is capable of detecting MSSA, MRSA, ESBL and others. All test applications are conducted on the same low-cost portable instrument.
