Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Plasma Sterilization

Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Plasma chamber is designed to be safe for the user and the patient by vaporizing into gas and transferring into the chamber, enveloping the devices and creating a biocidal environment that deactivates microorganisms through chemical interactions. This process involves the application of a strong electrical field, generating hydrogen peroxide gas plasma. The plasma consists of highly energized species, forming a 'cloud' within the chamber. Once the electrical field is deactivated, these energized species recombine, converting the hydrogen peroxide back into harmless water and oxygen molecules.

Sterilization Monitoring

ASP offers a comprehensive sterilization monitoring range supporting steam, vaporized hydrogen peroxide, and EtO processes. Our STERRAD VELOCITY™ System consisting of: STERRAD VELOCITY™ Biological Indicator/Process Challenge Device (BI/PCD) and STERRAD VELOCITY™ Reader is easy-to-use, self-contained that reads with certainty, providing fast and efficient sterility assurance to help improve instrument turnaround time. We also have BIOTRACE™ Instant Read Steam Biological Indicator System, BIOTRACE™ Auto Read Pro System, BIOTRACE™ Auto Read Mini System, VERISURE™ Chemical Indicator products, VERISURE™ Bowie-Dick Test Pack, and SEALSURE™ Chemical Indicator Tapes for use with STERRAD™ Sterilization Systems.

Cleaning Verification

Our Cleaning Verification portfolio includes the VERISURE™ Wash & Ultrasonic Test and VERISURE™ Ultrasonic Cavitation Test help validate washer-disinfector and ultrasonic cleaner performance, ensuring instruments are thoroughly cleaned before sterilization. Complementing these solutions, CIDEZYME BIOCLEAN™ Enzymatic Detergent is specifically developed to address biofilm removal from flexible endoscope lumens, with evidence aligned to ISO 15883-5 cleaning acceptance criteria - providing a strong, reproducible foundation for effective high-level disinfection and sterilization.

ASP is committed to environmental responsibility. In alignment with Fortive's sustainability goals, ASP is working to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% from 2019 levels by 2029.
