Precise patient temperature management solutions

CHARTER KONTRON provides a precise, non-invasive means of regulating patient temperature in critical care, A&E and operating areas, providing controlled mild hypothermia or normothermia, as required.

The CritiCool patient cooling system is currently used in ICUs, PICUs and NICUs and A&E for controlled, induced mild hypothermia. Allon 2001, specifically designed for maintaining normothermia, is a new introduction to the UK market but already has an established reputation worldwide for maintaining normothermia in extended OR procedures. Specifically designed garments – Thermo Wrap, Cure Wrap, Cardiac Wrap and Universal Wrap – used with the systems provide three-dimensional body coverage for the best possible heat exchange between patient and system. Maximum patient coverage ensures that core temperature is continuously and precisely managed, avoiding potential complications arising from undesired temperature fluctuations.
