Track and trace of scopes

WASSENBURG will unveil an advanced software system that will make it easier for managers to keep track of every endoscope, ensure that all scopes are decontaminated before use, and provide traceability data.

Process Manager offers a suite of functions which fully integrate with hospital systems, can be accessed remotely via the internet, provide traceability, and the means to track the location of all endoscopes through the hospital. The software enables an NHS Trust to track and trace every endoscope in realtime, and has a number of productivity, management, and user tools. Visitors to the stand will be able to see the system in action, live. Also on the stand will be a number of the company’s groundbreaking washer-disinfectors and drying cabinets, including the 2010 version of the WD440-PT pass-through washer-disinfector, the WD440-DFF top-loading flexible endoscope washer-disinfector, the Dry300 endoscope drying and storage cabinet, and the AERclens compact nasendoscope machine for ENT departments.
