Capital’s health challenges in focus

London Health 2010,a one-day management conference aimed at CEOs, senior management personnel, and directors in the health service, being held on 3 November, 2010 at the capital’s Business Design Centre, will include a keynote speech by current Health Minister, the Rt. Hon Andrew Lansley CBE MP.

According to the organisers, London has some of the most challenging health statistics in the UK, and the event will examine how the NHS and its partners in the capital can meet the healthcare needs of Londoners, while also addressing the challenges set out by the new administration.

The organisers say: “Join over 200 senior colleagues from across London to share learning, showcase best practice, stimulate innovative thinking, and hear how the health services in London are evolving to tackle the capital’s health issues from cradle to grave.” To register for the conference, visit: www.londonhealthevent.com, or telephone: 020 7960 6027.

London Health 2010 will also feature a free-to-attend exhibition and range of free
seminars, offering an opportunity to see how other Trusts, hospitals, and councils, are tackling the issues you face daily. Exhibitors will include London NHS Trusts, hospitals, councils, and a range of not-for-profit and private sector organisations.
