Spectrum Blue and Q-FIELD Coatings

Spectrum Blue produces a patented pigment with unique disinfectant properties. The pigment, called Q-FIELD is mixed into paint and gives it lasting antiviral, antimicrobial and antifungal properties without ion loss. When the paint is applied to the ceiling and walls, the surfaces become inhibitive to biofilm formation and neutralises viruses.

This is due to quantum and electrochemical effects that give the pigment a positive charge that influences the bacterium metabolism changing the activity of ATP synthase, destabilises bacterial membranes and hydrolyses viral proteins. Bacteria is unable to develop resistance to these mechanisms. Q-field paints do not deplete and works 24/7-365.
