Bender UK, an expert in developing smart, safer, and more sustainable energy solutions, has announced the official opening of Suite 97, a new Customer Experience Zone transforming the way healthcare professionals interact with critical power and medical technology.
This six-figure investment at the company's Cumbria headquarters provides a fully immersive experience for visitors, enabling them to explore Bender's cutting-edge solutions within a simulated modern operating theatre and intensive care environment.
At the launch event, attended by industry leaders, healthcare professionals, local dignitaries, and representatives from the Ulverston Mayor's office, Gareth Brunton, managing director of Bender UK, addressed the gathering and emphasised Suite 97's transformative potential.
Brunton commented: "With Suite 97, we have created a state-of-the-art facility that showcases our latest technology and products. From our fully equipped operating theatre to the replicated ITU bed space, healthcare professionals can experience firsthand how to optimise their critical care environments.
“Our cloud-based network provides real-time information access, and we have designed comfortable spaces for in-depth project discussions. This is a next-generation showroom – a collaborative space where we can shape the future of healthcare technology together."
He continued: "We want businesses to come to Ulverston and learn about how we can help them improve their existing facilities. Our goal is for them to leave with a very clear understanding of what Bender does, and why we should be their partner of choice."
Bender UK has a strong heritage of electrical safety and proven expertise in designing and delivering high-quality, bespoke engineered solutions across all critical areas. The launch of Suite 97 demonstrates the company's vision in delivering leading safe, smart, and sustainable energy solutions.
Bender also reveals plans to integrate intelligent systems that complement its existing solutions, providing faster, data-led decisions, and discussed increased local R&D. The company highlighted its aim to help organisations reduce their carbon footprint, and outlined its short-term vision of expanding its team with new staff across various roles in 2025, and driving a revenue increase of 15 per cent in the coming year.
Brunton concluded: "We want to carry out more locally based R&D which will help us meet our customers' needs much quicker than ever before and work on new innovations that keep us at the forefront of cutting-edge technology."
