Central Medical Supplies appoints new account managers

Central Medical Supplies (CMS) has appointed Ary Abadian and Amanda Stonehouse as Regional Account Managers. CMS is renowned for its critical care and neonatal equipment, which it has been supplying to the NHS and private sector acute hospitals for over thirty years.

Ary Abadian will support customers in the Midlands, Cheshire and Norfolk and be responsible for the critical care portfolio in these areas. Amanda Stonehouse will cover Scotland and Northern Ireland, dealing with both critical care and neonatal customers.

Ary joins CMS from B Braun, where he was Business Development Manager. Before taking up her new role at CMS, Amanda was Account Manager at medical device distributor HC21 and previous to that worked for Werfen, a worldwide leader in specialised diagnostics.

Commenting on what attracted her to CMS, Amanda Stonehouse says: “I really liked the fact that, as a relatively small company, Central Medical Supplies is very reactive to its customers’ needs.  Ary Abadian adds: “I was struck by the warmth of the team at Central Medical Supplies and thought it would be a great company to work for, offering renowned products to healthcare providers.”

In the area of critical care, CMS supplies products for patient temperature management, swab management and pressure relief. In the neonatal arena, CMS has extensive experience in developmental care, phototherapy, baby feeding and temperature management. CMS manufactures the Swabsafe swab management system and the AXifeed range of EBM storage bottles, cup feeders and breast pump sets.

CMS is also the UK distributor for a wide range of trusted critical care and neonatal products, including brands from Kanmed, Enthermics, Biegler, Weyer and Small Beginnings.
