Nuffield Proactive Health is introducing new health and well being programmes for organisations looking to encourage employees to make healthier decisions in the workplace.
Nuffield promotes employee health
Since January of this year, Proactive has worked in partnership with companies such as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Nestle, Sage and Vodafone. The number of employees that benefit from its health and well being services has grown to over 120,000. Chris Jessop, chief executive of Nuffield Proactive Health, says the benefits can include: improved performance and productivity, reduced sickness absence and lower insurance related healthcare costs.
