The UK Sepsis Trust ‘Sepsis Unplugged’ Conference 2016 takes place 13-14 October 2016 at the Hilton Brighton Metropole with the aim of shaping better care for patients.
Organised by the UK Sepsis Trust, Sepsis Unplugged has an exciting programme on offer, with interactive sessions, practical workshops and panel discussions that will be of interest to those working within acute medicine, critical care, emergency medicine and general medicine. Sessions include: ‘The Nurses’ Role in Fixing Sepsis’, ‘The Survival Lottery – A Patient’s Experience’, ‘How We Fix Sepsis in Emergency Departments’, ‘Paediatric Sepsis’, ‘Survivor Support’, ‘Clinical Human Factors in Practice: Sepsis Moulages’, ‘NICE Guidelines’ and much more.
Thursday 13 October
The conference programme will be opened by Dr Ron Daniels, chief executive of The UK Sepsis Trust. During this opening session, Dr Ron Daniels will explain how this conference is different and how to get the most from the sessions by being aware of the initial steps required to effect change in your organisation.
