DISPOSABLE MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS (DMI) provides customised packs of stainless steel medical instruments and consumables, designed to minimise waste and give customers a quality product at a competitive price.
As part of its commitment to supporting the NHS as it confronts ongoing budget restraints, DMI recently expanded its business with significant investment in an Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilising chamber, part of a new sterilisation, packaging and distribution facility at its UK factory.
DMI’s new sterilising chamber offers greater flexibility as it is able to handle smaller orders as well as large ones. This means customers can order customised packs, choosing exactly what they want from the company’s wide range of disposable medical instruments, rather than having to order standard packs containing some products that may simply go to waste. The fact that everything can now be provided in-house also means DMI can control consistency and quality at all stages of the process.
