Part of the expansion of the business is to further develop surgical instrument makers of the next generation. The repairs are an excellent opportunity for their Apprentices, working alongside the skilled technicians to learn different challenging aspects of repairing in the region of 5000+ different surgical instruments, as they pass this historic British traditional craft industry to the next generation.
