Tackling decontamination challenges

BES DECON offers a wide range of solutions to many decontamination challenges – such as cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation.

The company will be highlighting the benefits of its CISA Endoscope Reprocessing System, which features a new model; and its cassette-based system, which is claimed to save costs at every step within the endoscope reprocessing cycle. The cassette-based system offers the advantage of eliminating handling – once the endoscope is locked in, it is reprocessed and decontaminated, and not touched until the point of use. Endoscopes can be stored inside cassettes within a decontaminated environment for up to 30 days. The company’s Endoitineris floor management, ‘track and trace’ system incorporates a safety feature that inhibits reuse and out-of-time scopes. The Endoitineris also maintains records of the history of scope use, location and availability of equipment at any time.
