Modular and compact AER design

PURICORE launched a new passthrough AER for endoscope decontamination at the recent BSG 2013. The modular design of the new system is said to deliver unparalleled levels of reliability with fast cycle times to support the ever increasing productivity demands put on endoscopy units.

This allows fewer machines to run more cycles per hour with remote loading of scopes outside the AER to provide an efficient scope decontamination solution. With a footprint of less than 0.5m2, room size is no longer a problem. There is the option of integrated RO, to ensure final rinse water quality, and thermal sanitisation comes as standard. The operating system has been designed for ease of use, helping to reduce cycle failures. A fully compliant IMS is included as standard. Networking with existing communication systems, or as part of the new Puricore track and trace solution, provides total process security. The timing of the launch ensures full compliance with CfPP0106 and EN15883.
