DDC Dolphin has expanded it HTM testing service to NHS hospitals with an increasing number of hospitals now committed to comply with the recommendations in HTM 20/30-01/01.
With Hospital acquired infections (HAIC) continuing to be a serious problem as recently highlighted by the Health Protection Agency, infection control departments are seeing the benefit of a professional programme of testing
HTM 20 30 / 01 01 validation is the core of the washer disinfector service and maintenance programme that DDC Dolphin provides regularly to hospitals across the nation helping to reduce the possibility of HAIC. Our nationwide team of 28 validation engineers (TPs) is the largest in the UK dedicated to Dirty Utility equipment. They are trained and accredited by Eastwood Park (NHS Training Centre), subject to regular re-certification, and are equipped with the very latest HTM testing equipment and can carry out testing on all manufacturer’s machines.
DDC Dolphin’s specialist validation engineers are trained to interpret test results correctly, and to complete test records and produce HTM reports to a high standard. The excellent training our validation engineers receive is reinforced through regular commissioning stage validations, weekly and quarterly testing, and annual revalidation to HTM standards in leading hospitals across the country.
DDC Dolphin also provide breakdown and repair services with rapid response and to prevent problems we have a range of preventative maintenance contracts. For advice or a quotation for services contact Alan Hyde Tel 01202 731555
